Responsibilities 

A Warehouse/Property Manager I perform, but is not limited to the following duties:

• Serves as the point of contact for facility-maintenance related issues.
• Serves as the point of contact for office equipment and coordinate with other offices for repairs.
• Ensure that office and office equipment have the necessary supplies.
• Coordinate with other USMS offices to ensure that supplies, equipment shredding, are properly accounted for and handled.
• Coordinate and assist with the compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Coordinate and setup conference rooms for meetings.
• Assist with the movement of offices and corresponding computers, phones, and other devices.
• Prepare reports, as needed

 Warehouse/Property Manager I must meet the following qualifications: 

• At least 1 years of demonstrated experience in supply technician or inventory management and office management, responsibilities.
• Familiar with the technical supply management.
• Familiar with the management of decentralized and decontrolled items.
• Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure.
• A high School diploma or GED is required
