Scope:
Works closely with TTM North America sites to support implementation and improvements of TTM quality systems. Focuses on helping sites achieve high level performance through execution of key projects, ensuring compliance, and tracking key performance indicators. This role requires a cross-functional problem solving, teamwork, and analytical focus with an understanding of TTM products and processes. Works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of the quality requirements associated customer and industry standards including; ISO/AS, NADCAP, UL, IPC, DLA, etc. Knowledge of quality procedures and ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills, including root cause analysis and data interpretation.
- Willingness to be part of a team and to drive improvement plans and projects to successful completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Education and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Required Experience:
- One to two years of professional experience in quality and / or manufacturing.

Export/ITAR Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
