TTM Technologies - North America is Hiring a Purchasing Associate - Part Time - Day Shift Near Logan, UT
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
- Enters material requisitions into Oracle, converts to P.O., and releases and emails information to supplier.
- Helps keep inventory database current. (Add part numbers, pricing, material codes, cost centers, G/L codes and updates existing part numbers as needed.)
- Matches order confirming to the P.O., verifying pricing and delivery dates.
- Coordinates with manufacturing and suppliers to expedite materials to meet internal requirements.
- Matches packing list to purchase order, posts quantity and file.
- Monitors backorders.
- Researches and clears blocked invoices.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of TPCG-Logan software programs including Fast Track. In additional, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Oracle.
- Employees are required to certify to CORP PP-019 (Purchasing Procedure) within 90 days after their hire or transfer date.
- This position is considered light-duty position, meaning that the individual employee may be regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee will be required to carry up to 10 pounds, a distance of 50 feet, up to 2 times per shift
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
a) Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures at the plant level. c) Provide training, assistance and support to all departments to ensure policy compliance. d) Conduct periodic audits as required. e) Prepare and submit ITAR and EAR license application documentation as required. f) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
