Union Flats Apartments, located in Mechanicsburg, PA is in need of a qualified laborer to join our service team. This person will be expected to complete maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

**This position ranges between $20-$22 an hour with consideration for experience and certifications.**
