LOCATION: VA - Salem, USA
TYPE: In Office
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
TYPE OF CONTRACT: 1 Year Contract
PAY RATE: $17.25 per hour
DESCRIPTION:
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch technical support while providing exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Technical Services Specialist and become an integral part of our mission to support the operations of a healthcare facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact for equipment support, service, and problem diagnosis.
- Perform routine tasks including copying, faxing, printing, and scanning functions.
- Maintain office equipment by cleaning, replacing parts, and managing supply inventory.
- Ensure uptime of copier fleet and track equipment movements.
- Receive and log customer jobs, process incoming/outgoing faxes, and maintain billing records.
- Apply asset tags, update databases, and assist with equipment removal/delivery.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and email.
- Basic math skills including division, multiplication, and percentages.
