Temp to HIRE contract with a probationary period of 6-month
1rst Shift: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm.
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Description:
Assembly Workers operate within an assembly line environment, completing specific tasks or multiple predetermined duties as part of the assembly process. Their primary objective is to assemble products to meet required quality standards while maximizing efficiency to the highest extent possible. This role requires individuals who are willing to work diligently, eager to learn, and committed to their tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Combine various parts to create a finished unit according to specifications. • Adhere to instructions provided by supervisors for task completion.
- Abide by all safety measures outlined by supervisors.
- Notify supervisors of any deviations from specified requirements.
- Transfer completed products from the assembly line to designated storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Gather surplus materials as directed by supervisors.
- Meet routing targets set by supervisors.
- Identify and reject products that do not meet specifications.
- Minimize time, materials, and waste during operations.
