Description:
This pivotal role demands a profound understanding of the full accounting cycle, exceptional Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Sage accounting software. The ideal candidate will boast a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership capacity, and hold an Associate in Arts degree in Accounting. Must demonstrate adeptness in analyzing data and possess a robust knowledge of Profit and Loss (P/L), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet. The position entails overseeing inventory costs linked with product distribution from Japan to LATAM, with Miami acting as the central distribution hub. An inclination towards technology, innovation, and process enhancement is essential. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, coupled with stellar communication abilities, is indispensable. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the incumbent will ensure precise and timely financial reporting while implementing operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough comprehension of the full accounting cycle.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Oversee inventory costs associated with product distribution from Japan to LATAM.
• Spearhead innovative initiatives to streamline processes.
• Ensure accurate and punctual financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software.
• Report to the Assistant General Manager on various accounting tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Associate in Arts degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Sage accounting software.
• Strong grasp of financial statements (P/L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and data analysis techniques.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, accompanied by outstanding communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with a proclivity for innovation and process improvement.
