Study and obtain a working knowledge of all products, manuals and FAQ's
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Follow-up with customers to make sure that all customer needs are met and understood
Confer with other supervisory or managerial personnel and recommend changes in order to avoid recurring customer complaints
Learn each appliance, part, function and setting
Learn to use each product in the company test kitchen to gain hands-on expertise
Study packaging and user manuals, focusing on detail to gain in-depth knowledge of each product
Professionally and courteously answer all customer inquiries via phone and email using thorough, detailed knowledge of each product the company sells
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish speaker a must
Experience in customer support via phone and email
Desire and ability to study and obtain a working knowledge of all products and manuals
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and work in an organized and self-supervised manner
Familiar with MS Office system, Word, Excel. Knowledge of Zendesk a plus
Excellent communication skills
Desire for customer satisfaction
Problem solving skills

Office-based role in Brooklyn, NY, with potential for on-location shoots.
