TTCU Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Digital Banking Analyst Near Tulsa, OK

Description

Position Summary

Perform digital banking systems management and integration functions, improve existing digital systems, and review system capabilities, workflow, and limitations. Analyze digital banking opportunities and challenges to develop and implement solutions to complex problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Analyze and recommend commercially available software. Work directly with departmental leaders to analyze member facing business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes with a considerable degree of latitude. Perform duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

20% - Monitor digital banking systems, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and coordinate the restoration to normal functioning.

15% - Capture, document, analyze and prioritize business requirements based upon stakeholder needs and best practice research.

15% - Serve on cross functional software implementation, migration, and conversion teams.

10% - Identify ways to improve the adoption, engagement, and satisfaction with digital banking offerings using analytics, voice-of-member feedback and benchmarking.

10% - Document department policy/procedures and perform annual security reviews of vendors.

10% - Review release notes, pre-test and deploy in a logical and timely fashion.

10% - Provide employees and members with assistance solving digital banking related problems such as malfunctions and program issues.

10% - Train employees and members to work with digital banking systems and programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline required

High School Diploma or GED required

Certificates/Licenses

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

Certified Business Analysist Professional (CBAP) or equivalent preferred

Human Centered Design, Design Thinking or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

Related digital banking experience in a professional business environment required: 3-5 years intermediate

Working knowledge of computers, smartphones, tablets, operating systems, software, etc. with ability to troubleshoot related issues required: 3-5 years intermediate

Additional Requirements

Job Knowledge

* Intermediate knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) principles and practices

* Advanced computer skills in digital banking and Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of networking systems and equipment and computer hardware proficiency; strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI), databases (SQL etc.)

* Working knowledge of Business Intelligence

* Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships with other departments and interact professional with diverse groups

* Strong understanding of trends in consumer technology, user interfaces software, platform, hardware, and data

* Ability to translate business needs and processes into system requirements and visual workflow diagrams

Interpersonal Skills

* Intermediate level of written and verbal communication skills required to facilitate sharing of information with members, employees, and external contacts

* Ability to excel in a team environment and with internal members at all levels within the organization

* Ability to maintain a high level of personal integrity, presenting a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor while providing extraordinary service to members and fostering teamwork among employees

Working Conditions

Routinely perform work indoors in climate controlled shared space with minimal noise.

Must be able to perform job functions either independently or under supervision and work effectively on own or as part of a team. Must be able to plan their own work activities as well as take direction. Must be able to read and carry out various complicated written and oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations with extreme accuracy.
