Tsunami Tsolutions is seeking a Associate Compliance Specialist supporting the Tsunami FAA Drug & Alcohol auditing and training services team. this role will support the Senior FAA D&A Compliance Specialist and will Administer the DA Program per customer contracts/ SOW Stipulations. Tsunami provides consulting, auditing, administration and training services to Commercial Maintenance Repair Organizations and airlines to help them administer their programs or to prepare them for FAA audits. This is an opportunity to to gain valuable training and experience towards formal CDAPP - Aviation certification.

Responsibilities:

• The Associate Compliance Specialist will provide oversite and monitoring per contracted work under the guidance of the Sr. Compliance Specialist.
• They will be responsible for monthly random validation of the DA Program through administering D&A Monthly Random Draw, manage the Employee testing Pool List, and FAA Validation
• They will be responsible for program administration of Pre-Employment Testing, including Pre-Employment & Job Scope Changes, Ordering Drug Tests, and Coordinating Contractor Pool Employees
• They will be responsible for managing Employee Violations, including compiling the Violations Results Report, administering Employee Violation Documentation, and completing Random Violations Follow-Up
• Will be responsible for the New Hire Process of the DA Program, tracking New Hire Orientation Status Reviews, Support as DER Support as a focal point, administer employee document management including Former Employee Documentation Request Delivery
• Run Program and Compliance Meetings
• Manage Site compliance, including Site Compliance Validation & Site Contract List.
• Support audit preparation and training material development
• Travel as required to manage site compliance or conduct training
• Participate in client status calls or remote training as required.
• Assist in reviewing, estimating and responding to client requests for information/quotes or Statements of Work (SOW).
• Managing all documentation for the FAA D&A team in storage and organization.
• Complete required training for this position.
• Accurate management of time against client SOW’s in the Tsunami time keeping systems.
• This position requires Managing sensitive Personal Identifier (PID) data, and accessing Customer systems to deliver customer required reports/data, confidentiality and discretion is paramount.
• Managing client relationships and identifying new work opportunities at the client
• Additional Duties as Assigned

Position requirements:

• High School or GED Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degrees accepted.
• 1-3 years of work experience in DOT drug testing, administration or auditing or training experience
• Intermediate MS Excel and Power Point experience
• Background check required due to sensitivity of the role.
• Ability to clearly communicate (written and spoken) and take meeting minutes with clients and Tsunami team members.

Working conditions:

• Primarily remote with 15-25% travel
