Floor Manager
The Floor Manager position is responsible for guest engagement and leading our staff to ensure flawless operations from our dining rooms to our kitchens. We are looking for individuals with the desire to lead, teach and inspire their staff to be the best they can be for our guests and each other. We want someone with high standards and the eagerness to learn as well. Our managers enjoy a quality of life that most restaurants do not offer inducing: better hours, the freedom to think outside the box, two days off a week and engage in style of management that is enjoyable and rewarding.
