TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking Fleet Coordinators to support the FBI Auto Desk Xpress and will be responsible for the lifecycle of vehicles, to include receiving, outfitting, issuing, maintaining, repairing, disposing, and all other relevant duties which may be associated. Will also support events and reservations by staging vehicles at hotels, airports, and other various locations. Responsibilities include, with close supervision, but not limited to:Receive daily reservations and maintenance schedulesMaintain cleanliness of vehiclesRefuel vehicles as neededPerform non-critical maintenance to include, but not limited to battery change, wiper bladesinstall, license plate install, jumpstart dead batteries, air tires, flat tire spare replacement, vehicle lockout, lightbulb replacement, key fob battery replacement, and minor interior trim replacementMonthly vehicle mileage input into government databaseBi-Monthly tracking of manufacturer recallsConduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs IAW FBI guidelines and manufacturer recommended schedulesInput maintenance into government databaseUpdate spreadsheetsLiaison with repair facilitiesInput maintenance quotes into government system for paymentMaintain accurate and complete records, filesRun reports (mileage, expiring tags, disposal)Preforms other related duties as assignedAnswer customer and client inquiriesPerform additional tasks as required by superiorsQualificationsEntry Level: One (1) years proper experience working in related fieldMid Level: Three (3) years prior experience working in related fieldSr. Level: Five (5) years prior experience working in related fieldProficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail and the ability to multitaskReliable and diligent workerRequirement:Top Secret Security Clearance
