TSP is Hiring an Urological Specialty Sales Territory Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

Description

Summary of position

We’re looking to recruit a driven, customer centric and patient focused Urology Sales Manager for an innovative and growing medical device company. The Urology Sales Manager is a field-based, customer-facing role supporting the needs of the Urology Business. Reporting to a Regional Sales Director, the Urology Sales Manager will build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at urology offices, rehabilitation hospitals and with DME account representatives in their assigned territory to drive product awareness and adoption of the company’s catheters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years’ previous urological sales experience with a proven track record of success with key accounts in the urology field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call upon customers at rehabilitation hospitals and providing training products as needed to drive product adoption and utilization
  • Build strong working relationships with DME representatives within the territory to drive product utilization with patients being discharged from a rehabilitation hospital
  • Follow-up with customers during pre- and post-sale phases to ensure appropriate customer relationships are developed and maintained.
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding the urological sales forecast and other performance metrics as determined by Manager.
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing and other sales teams.
  • Control expenses and display fiscal responsibility with samples, travel, meals and entertainment, and other sales-related expenses.
  • Utilize Company’s sales tools (Ring Central, Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, Dynamics CRM) when performing job duties.
  • Represent Company in a professional, ethical and compliant manner at all times

Qualities

The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in medical device sales with urological experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer centric approach and passion for customer success in a competitive and ever changing market.
  • Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of company products, competitive environment, and market to meet company’s customer needs.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated strength in achieving great customer experience
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics preferred and the ability to learn other computer programs a must.
  • Goal oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to take initiatives and make decisions.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required within the assigned territory
