About Tso

Tso was founded in 2016 by two Austinite couples: Min, Jenna, Angell, and Eunice who shared a vision of a Chinese food concept feeding families across the country as a takeout and delivery-centric cloud kitchen. Today, Tso serves an expansive and delicious array of classic Chinese favorites across the greater Austin area from four locations with more to come on the way. As a Public Benefit Corporation, Tso’s success also serves to elevate the community in charitable #TsoGiving initiatives that stand to support education and combat food insecurity.

About the Role

Our Packers play a pivotal role in the store operations. They oversee the quality control of our orders and confirm that our customers receive all that they ordered. You would work in a scratch kitchen, seamlessly integrated with in-house technology all designed to make your job easier. Some of the items you will be responsible for are -

• Packing freshly made food
• Preparing and storing sauce containers
• Assisting with catering preparation
• Packing catering trays
• Handle phone calls and in-store customers as needed
• Food maintenance throughout your shift
• Packaging up sauce and fortune cookie baggies
• Maintaining their packing area
• Maintaining safety practices
