Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and preferences to drive the development of intuitive and user-friendly digital products. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research, analyzing data, and effectively communicating insights to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through various methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Dive deep into analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Utilize AB testing methodologies to assess the effectiveness of different design solutions.
• Facilitate moderative and unmoderated card sorting sessions to gather insights on information architecture and navigation.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations through compelling storytelling, presentations, and reports.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
