We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineers with Golang development experience to join our team in a hybrid capacity across multiple locations including Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; and Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate will have extensive developer experience in object-oriented programming languages, with a preference for Go, along with hands-on experience in full-time software development roles. Proficiency in data structures, software design, and unit testing is essential, alongside expertise in DevOps processes, CI/CD pipeline development, containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills are also crucial for success in this role.

Core:

• Extensive developer experience in at least one OOO programming language (e.g. Java, Python, Go [preferred])
• Hands on development (minimum 3-4 years in full-time SDE role)
• Candidate should be comfortable working with data structures, data modeling, software design and architecture.
• Candidate should have experience writing unit tests.
• REST APIs and Microservices, knowledge of JSON (Java Script Object Notation) handling.
• Hands on experience with Git

• Experience in DevOps processes, CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Development) pipeline development and orchestration.
• Experience with containers.
• Experience with K8s
• Experience with AWS or Azure (minimum 2 years of experience preferred)
• Experience with IAC development (Terraform preferred, minimum 2 years of experience preferred)
• Experience with GitHub or GitLab
• Familiarity with Ansible preferred.

• Experience with Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with build tools (e.g. Apache Maven)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks

• Knowledge of security tooling related to IAC, application and container scanning is preferred.
