Teaching Assistant
Duties:
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide care and support to toddlers and preschoolers, including assisting with feeding, diapering, and afternoon routines.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with toddler/ preschool care practices and routines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong command of the English Language both written and spoken
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
