Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess strong curriculum development skills, and be committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Plan and conduct activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Provide care for toddlers including feeding, diapering, and engaging in play activities
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and communicate results effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Proficiency in lesson planning and execution
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to teach basic math concepts to young children
- Experience in physical education activities for preschoolers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
