Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven people who enjoy unlimited earning potential to join our team as an EnTouch Wireless Agent. As an Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping those in need receive a free phone with free service. As well as, communicating effectively with customers, and assisting with sales inquiries. We provide two competitive commission structures with paid training and benefits. We also provide all equipment and marketing materials at no cost to our associates. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys helping those in need.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer information to identify potential sales opportunities
- Set up tent and other equipment at a specified location
- Complete and submit online applications to see if people qualify for our services
- Post advertisements about our services and to let people know where to find you
- Service existing clients
- Sell additional discounted products (upgraded phones, tablets, accessories, etc.)
- Keep open communication with management
