Position Summary:
Serve as a communication window for the customer
Liaison with planning, quality and production personnel at the TS Tech Group companies
Interact as required and, or assigned with customer personnel at the various business centers
Continuous learning regarding the materials and services required for our products
Analyze and understand the impact of past programs and practices on upcoming programs
Coordinate the Sales Department position and schedule with other departments and group companies
Become familiar with the group company processes and activities
Assure that proper commercial documents are in place and on time for the group companies to be compensated appropriately by the customer
Provide information to pertinent questions in a timely manner
Contribute cost perspectives to new designs and ideas or changes to current ideas
Interact as needed with planning groups within TSAM
Promote innovative ideas to reduce cost and improve efficiency
Represent the company in a professional manner to the customer and to the community
Help develop better tools for the quotation process
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Serves as a customer contact for TS Tech to the customer. Duties include development of Sales Department quotations for various projects or programs which impact the operations and/or associates of other TS Tech Group companies.
Guide and direct other Sales Department members in order to provide technical assistance with various aspects of the Sales Department functions
Lead project activities and members as assigned
