Position Summary:

Provide payroll liaison support services to TS Tech USA for salaried-exempt and hourly non-exempt associate bi-weekly payroll processing.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll information.
• Maintain associate attendance and time card records.
• Process payroll records for all new associates, including W-4 information.
• Review and check weekly time cards with coordinators to verify discrepancies, reasons for absences, either paid or unpaid.
• Maintain calendar referencing scheduled hourly pay increases per the established non-exempt pay rate progression schedule.
• Record tardiness or unauthorized personal or vacation time on payroll records.
• Process associate separation documentation (i.e. status change form) for payroll input and MIS notification.
• Support management team and associates for all payroll concerns through timely feedback of payroll discrepancy form submissions.
• Review and audit all ADP information for the administration of the weekly and annual attendance bonus program.
• Prepare associate separation database for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Research and prepare documentation for timely response to all Unemployment Compensation claims.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare a database for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Maintain exempt and non-exempt associate employment records to assure completeness, compliance, accuracy, confidentiality (i.e., WC, HIPPA, I9, etc.)
• Assist with position analyses and review/revisions of Position Descriptions
• Coordinate leave of absence management activities
• Support new associate orientation activities.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
