Position summary:

Serve as a lead QCD auditor during OE Survey audits at TST Group facilities and suppliers. Responsible for all corporate-level administration tasks for QCD Project. Maintain multiple databases to track progress of plant and supplier improvement activities. Create monthly presentations to report status of QCD activities. Lead meetings and provide advice and support to facilitate process improvement and benchmarking among group facilities.

Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4yrs. equivalent work experience

• Bilingual (Japanese and English) would be a benefit

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• ISO Lead Auditor Training is a plus

• 4yrs manufacturing experience

• Able to travel both domestically and internationally

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Facilitate QCD all QCD activities at TS Tech group companies and selected suppliers

• Act as lead auditor during QCD OE surveys and midpoint checks

• Lead monthly QCD meetings with group company PIC’s to ensure continual improvement

• Prepare monthly QCD activity reports for RDMM and SP meetings

• Maintain QCD progress tracking files and visual management

• Maintain department SharePoint site and QCD file archives

• Support the achievement of the business plan objectives

• Other duties as assigned
