We have an immediate need for an Assistant Manager of Design for our Corporate Office located in Reynoldsburg, OH. Excellent benefits package, and bonus are available for qualifying candidates.

Perform all CAD system data transfer for a Tier 1 automotive seating and interior design section. Maintain design equipment and CAD file organization per requirement.

Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:

• Associate degree or technical education in an engineering related field
• Typically, 1 year experience in technical engineering data management experience
• Typically, 2 years experience with CATIA V5 or equivalent

General Job Requirements

• Maintain project and activity schedules
• Perform data transfer; customer specific drawing exchange system, FTP, and document
• management system
• Maintain/input records for all Data Received and Sent
• Check all cad data in and out of PLM system
• Plot CatDrawings, DWG, and Tif formats based on project requirements
• Notify and confirm accordingly all data send and receive to all departments, subsidiary
• companies, and suppliers
• Troubleshoot data concerns
• Attend all training as required
• Keep record of all hours (personal and project), overtime, and compensatory time
• Work on a measurable annual project and other job duties as assigned
