Responsibilities:

• Neighborhood Engagement: act as a friendly liaison between our company and the community, sharing the benefits of our services in a genuine and helpful manner.
• Promoting Deals and Discounts: highlight our latest promotions and discounts, making our services even more obtainable for your neighbors.
• Referral Recommendations: encourage residents to refer us to their friends and neighbors based on positive experiences, rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
• Community Events: participate in and promote neighborhood events, demonstrating our commitment to being a valuable member of the community.
• Relationship Building: nurture relationships with neighbors, friends, and families, becoming a trusted resource for their home upgrade needs.
• Representing Our Core Values: Embody our core values in all interactions, showing that we're not just a business but a helpful and genuine presence in the neighborhood.

Qualifications:

• MUST BE LOCATED IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with the neighborhood and areas you'll be working in.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

Tiered Commission Structure:

• Tier 1 (First 5 Referrals): 5% commission on each successful job referred.
• Tier 2 (Referrals 6 to 10): 7% commission on each successful job referred.
• Tier 3 (Referrals 11 and beyond): 10% commission on each successful job referred.
• Bonuses and incentives based on performance.
• Flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in your own neighborhood.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $125.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
