Depending on experience, you earn $45.00 - $50.00/hour. This isn't your average project management job; this is an incredible career opportunity where the sky's the limit! Apply to be our new Construction Project Manager!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of construction experience and connections within the industry, such as suppliers and subcontractors
  • Strong communication skills with some ability to read and speak Spanish
  • Computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to work on-site
  • Ability to problem solve, collaborate with others, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of organization

7 years of industry experience would be preferred but isn't required for this project management position. Experience with Jobber would be a plus!

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

You normally work from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some rare weekends.

In this project management position, you supervise our jobs from beginning to end to make sure we complete quality work. You do it all, from obtaining permits and ordering supplies to monitoring timelines and directing field workers. Thinking strategically, you do whatever it takes to ensure we get the job done on time, within budget, and according to client desires.

You visit job sites, supervise your team's work, advise them when appropriate, and make sure everyone's following safety procedures. A master problem solver, you look ahead to identify and avoid potential roadblocks as well as address any issues as they come up. You develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to support efficient job completion. Your project management skills make a massive impact on our success!
