Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic 1099 Sales Representatives who are passionate about healthcare solutions. You will promote and sell DME and select surgical products to healthcare providers, clinics, and patients, managing your own schedule within assigned shifts. This role combines flexibility with the opportunity to work as part of a team in a shared office environment, sharing office hours with other team members. This is a hybrid office/outside sales role. Call points include Orthopedics, Plastics, Vascular, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy and more.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals and facilities.

- Educate patients on the benefits and uses of our DME products.

- Meet or exceed sales targets.

- Provide client feedback to enhance products and services.

- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or DME.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong commitment to ethical practices and compliance with regulations.

- Flexible in managing assigned shifts and office time.

Compensation: Paid Base Hourly Depending upon office hour coverage chosen. Inside Sales/Outside Sales UNCAPPED Commission Role.

Office Hours:

- Regular office hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM).

- By Appointment: Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Flexible Team Office Hour Details:

- Monday: Two shifts available, 3.5 hours (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM) and 4 hours (12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).

- Tuesday: Two shifts available, 3.5 hours and 4 hours.

- Wednesday: Two shifts available, 3.5 hours and 4 hours.

- Thursday: Two shifts available, 3.5 hours and 4 hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
