CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE/CAREGIVER
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing direct resident care and supervision of residents needs per individualized service/care plan, monitors residents for change of condition and signs/symptoms of illness according to federal and state laws and regulations and according to the policies of the Community. Responsible to communicate and document resident changes or concerns to Health Services Director. Assist in supervision of resident assistants.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience not required, but a huge heart and love for seniors is a MUST! 18 – 24 months experience in a similar position is preferred, CPR/First Aid certified preferred.
EDUCATION:
Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred. Attendance at mandatory monthly in-service training and remain current in online training. Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
