Clinical Leader – Memory Care, Assisted Living

Primary Responsibilities:
As the Memory Care Director, you will be a critical member of the leadership team overseeing the clinical operations of our Memory Care wing of our assisted living community. Your key duties will include supervising care and medication staff, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents, and maintaining open communication with residents, their families, and medical providers. Hands on working with residents, staff and families to guide them through the dementia journey.
