Trustpoint.one is seeking an Intellectual Property Project Assistant for an AmLaw top 100 Law Firm. We are looking to fill this position in their Charlotte, NC office. Successful candidates will have patent and trademark experience. Compensation for this position will be $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll work directly with our Intellectual Property team handling a variety of responsibilities. Assisting attorneys with managing deadlines, preparing routine correspondence, tracking and organizing case materials, and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications:

· The ideal candidate for this position possesses well-developed critical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

· You have a strong sense of accountability, take ownership over projects and responsibilities, resolve issues proactively, and know how to be a team player.

· You’re a technology pro and have no problem learning new software.

· You utilize your keen eye for detail to further teamwork, client service, and efficiency.

· You will have a 4-year degree and/or paralegal certificate and an interest in learning more about the intellectual property practice.

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
