Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – TrustPoint Hospital

Situated in Murfreesboro,Tennessee, TrustPoint Hospital is a state-of-the-art treatment center that provides an array of medical and psychiatric services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Our quiet, yet convenient location in Middle Tennessee offers exceptional care to patients who require acute physical medicine and rehabilitation, adult and geriatric psychiatry, and medical psychiatry.

We currently have an opening for the position of Chief Nursing Officer, a full-time salaried role integral to our dynamic leadership team at TrustPoint Hospital. The CNO is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising nursing operations and the provision of behavioral health/nursing services. We are seeking an individual who embodies a positive, empathetic, and professional approach in their interactions with both customers and nursing staff. Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
• Five or more years’ nursing experience.
• Three or more years progressive managerial experience required.
• Three or more years behavioral health experience preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Current TN RN icense.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.
