Description

TruStile Doors seeks a highly skilled and versatile Facilities Technician III to join our maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of our facilities' complex systems. The Facilities Technician III will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and lead preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facilities.

Highlights of the role: 

• Assists in the maintenance and troubleshooting of all facilities systems, electrical and mechanical
• Responsible for following all Facilities Preventive Maintenance programs
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization
• Completes all safety training as assigned by TruStile
• Compliance with all safety programs, policies, and procedures
• Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time
• Performance of various building maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, exterior maintenance, snow removal

Requirements

• PC competency, Word & Excel and Windows OS
• Ability to read, write, and fluently communicate in English
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Ability to climb ladders, work in seasonal temperatures, drive company vehicles (pickups or non-CDL flatbeds)
• Electrical knowledge of basics components. Use test equipment ability to check simple circuitry
• Familiarity with HVAC filter changes and basic troubleshooting is high desired.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting; ability to understand system and trace to problem
• Basic preventative maintenance skills; ability to identify wear and tear; identify and service lubrication points
• Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Maintains and grows technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks; company will provide training opportunities; travel may be required
• Experience using forklifts, boom lifts, and/or scissor life is preferred. Ability to learn operation of these machines is a requirement.
• Familiarity with pneumatic transfer and dust collections systems is highly desired
• Wood and gas fired boiler familiarity is highly desired
• Familiarity with BAS software is required, Metasys preferred
• Ability to lead and assist junior technicians on more complex problems and projects; ability to learn and grow skillsets by working with others
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Communicates fluently via phone, text messaging, e-mail, and Microsoft Teams with peers and leaders
• Cooling Tower Cleaning and Maintenance
• Fluid Cooler Cleaning and Maintenance
• RTU Cleaning and Maintenance
• Hot, Chilled, and Condensed water pump Maintenance
• Split AC System Maintenance

Pay Range:

$35.71-$40.79

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
