The Grant Project Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of a 4-year grant for the Penn Literacy Network at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education. QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL: A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will be extremely well-organized and resourceful. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter with a results orientation. Understanding of regulatory compliance issues required. Familiarity with middle and high schools, and in grant operations. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential with the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholders. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to thrive in a diverse working environment. High accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail will be vital to success in the position. Proficiency and comfort with Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) as well as web-based communications and database/tracking tools (e.g. Airtable, Google tools, Zoom) is required.
