**Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMExperience:• 24 months of Pediatric Ambulatory Clinic (LPN) experience is required.• 12 months of travel experience is required.• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.Requirements:• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.• This role will require floating to multiple units• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.Additional Details:Pediatric experience required from new borns to adults.Experience with giving pediatric vaccines. - Education: - -Completion of educational program for licensure as a LPN.- -Successful completion of required New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program for the demonstration of competence in the performance of intravenous therapy/blood administration procedures as part of Centralized Orientation.- -Successful completion of annual unit-based review & update program in procedures associated with intravenous therapy.Maximum days off: 5 days2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type)Certifications:• BLS (Basic Life Support)
