Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Emergency Department experience is required.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Facility Beds: 523 // Unit Beds: 58 // Trauma Level 2 Facility

Prior Travel: 1 assign/or has worked in other large ED’s

2 year in specialty from a large sized hospital.

Candidate may submit with either PALS or ENPC, but MUST have one of the two.

Floating required to other PHS Oregon hospitals as needed - Travelers are the 1st to float

Holiday Requirements: Yes, 2 out of 3 major winter holidays and most other holidays as well

Unit Specific Procedures and Protocols: Start IVs, Drips, Infusion, phlebotomy, assist with transports, chest tubes, suctioning, wound care, manage codes, respiratory failure, etc.

BLS requires AHA.

Call Requirements: No

Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other weekend
