**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required.• 24 months of Emergency Department experience is preferred.• Travel experience is preferred.• Experience with Epic is preferred.Requirements:• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.• This role may require floating to additional units and locations• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.Additional Details:Guaranteed hours: 40 May include weekend shift on occasion.Minimum one experience working in a level 1 hospital inpatient setting working with pediatric to adult patients. Emergency Department experience in level 1 trauma facility or similar size hospital is highly desired for this position.Discharge planning is required (from inpatient hospital setting - level 1 trauma or similar size hospital).Two (2) years prior hospital based social work experience OR Two (2) years prior hospital or community-based social work experience if supporting the HIV Clinic preferred.Education: Masters degree in Social Work required.Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.Licensed in the state of Wisconsin with one of the following:Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) OR Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Maximum days off: 7 days2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type)Certifications:• BLS (Basic Life Support)
