**Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:30 AMExperience:• 24 months of role experience is required.• 24 months of Pharmacy experience is required.• Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is required.Requirements:• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.• This role may require floating to additional units and locations• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Will be working with 1 other pharmacist.Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per two weeksMust have experience in hospital setting.This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.Possesses current Illinois Pharmacist License or Letter of Authority from Department of Professional Regulation in State of Illinois.1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)1 reference from last 36 months (Any reference type)Proof of identification requiredCertifications:• BLS (Basic Life Support)
