MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SOPHISTICATED TRUSTS and ESTATE PLANNING MATTERS
We are an estate planning and asset protection law firm and our mission is to help our clients preserve and protect their family, assets, and ultimately, their legacy. The right candidate will have experience in the areas of U.S. estate planning and administration with a background/focus on tax and wealth transfer planning for high-net-worth individuals within and outside the United States, as well as the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts and estates. Knowledge of Florida trust administration as well as knowledge of Asset Protection and closely held business matters is desired.
If all you know how to do is draft basic estate planning documents, this role is not for you.
Compensation:
We pay a base salary plus quarterly bonuses based on hours billed. You will also get a percentage of any matter you bring into the firm. $120,000 - $140,000 Base plus Qtly Bonuses & Origination
