Trupath is Hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Well-established global organization in the Solar Power and Renewable Energies Industry seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at our new facility in West Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be interested in a long-term career opportunity with lots of room for advancement.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management system on site, EHS policy, procedures with implementing national laws, regulations, and suitable standards.
  • Monitors the legal compliance of Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and completion of administrative permits at the local authorities for new projects. 
  • Maintains full responsibility for regulatory reporting for EHS and Sustainability on site.
  • Manages site EHS budget, annual EHS work plans and track implementation effectively to ensure the achievement of the company's annual safety performance goals.
  • Develops and audits process safety management and risk management, leads emergency response training for identified team members. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of experience in EHS Management in Manufacturing
  • Professional Safety Certifications, CSP, CIH, CHMM, NEBOSH certification, are a plus.
  • Familiarity with federal and Arizona state laws and regulations related to safety and environmental protection.
This is a direct hire, long term career opportunity with a leader in our industry, the starting base pay range is $90K-$130K plus benefits, incentives and room for growth.
