Truno is Hiring an Asset Administrator Near Lubbock, TX

SUMMARY

The Asset Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of the company vehicle fleet, Truno storage units, as well as office maintenance across the country. The Asset Administrator will communicate with technicians regarding vehicle maintenance, service managers for our office locations and storage units, and vendors regarding all aspects of the Job. Day to day functions include ensuring all company vehicles are current on scheduled maintenance; issues with vehicles, offices, or storage units are resolved as they arise; and various other administrative duties focused around our assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

An Asset Administrator at TRUNO will:

  • Ensure the Fleet is current on maintenance
  • Ensure the Fleet is up to date on registration and insurance
  • Approve or Deny request for Maintenance on fleet vehicles
  • Maintain up to date Driver Information with Fuel Cards and Insurance
  • Maintain accurate records in Vehicle Tracking programs (Vehicle GPS)
  • Maintain Storage Unit billing, and location information
  • Point of contact for offices and their functionalities
  • Contact and schedule repairs as needed for various assets
  • Work with our Fleet Management Partners for new/replacement vehicles and the trading/selling of older vehicles
  • Available by phone to address emergencies as they arise (car accident, office flood, etc).
  • Order tools for new technicians
  • Help technicians book travel (airfare, hotel, rental car)

QUALIFICATIONS

An Asset Administrator at TRUNO should have:

EDUCATION

  • AS/AA or BS/AA Degree (preferred)
  • HS Diploma/GED (Required)

EXPERIENCE

  • One year of relative administrative experience (Required)
  • An understanding of vehicle maintenance and its importance (Required)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Basic computer skills (Required)
  • Dress professionally and appropriately (Required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication (Required)
  • Office 365 Suite (Preferred)
  • Organized and detail oriented (Required)
