Position: Maintenance Technician

Job Duties:

-Reports to the Director of Facilities.

-Performs a variety of facility maintenance tasks such as:

-painting and drywall repair.

-pressure washing

-plumbing repairs

-electrical troubleshooting and repairs

-HVAC maintenance

-cleaning/ organizing

Job Requirements:

-Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

-Ability to communicate English language clearly both verbally and written.

-Position is required to lift 50 pounds as well as move and climb ladders.

-Must be able to work in an environment as a team player

-Must be eligible to work in the United States.

-Must be able to work flexible schedule to include weekends & holidays
