TruMinds Technology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as we expand our infusion therapy services. As an integral part of our clinical team, the Registered Nurse will provide a full range of nursing care, with a focus on administering intravenous treatments, including Ketamine IV's, under the supervision of the Site MD lead. Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse will perform initial assessments, re-assessments, and administer a range of interventional treatments, adhering to all applicable regulations and maintaining a current and active licensure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer intravenous fluids, including hydration solutions and medications, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and set up intravenous lines and infusion pumps for patient treatment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their physical and emotional well-being, and document relevant observations in their medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about the infusion therapy process, potential side effects, self-care measures, and medication administration techniques.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all administered fluids, treatments, and patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs and treatment goals.
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials, following infection control protocols and guidelines.
• Perform venipuncture and peripheral IV insertion with proficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain intravenous access devices, such as peripheral lines.
• Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions, initiate appropriate interventions, and escalate concerns to the healthcare team.
• Provide emotional support and alleviate anxiety for patients undergoing infusion therapy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and stay updated with advancements in infusion therapy practices.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

- PA RN License with current registration.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

- Prior RN experience in a clinical setting preferred.

- Extensive knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR).

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and work and communicate effectively with both internal and external patients.

- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.

- Ability to make decisions independently.

- CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
