Job Summary:  As an Industrial Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales in the industrial sector by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing to the growth of our client base in plants, industry, and OEM installations.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial sector. 
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing solutions.

Sales Development: 

• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads. 
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence in the industrial sector.

Product Knowledge: 

• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities. 
• Provide clients with in-depth product knowledge and offer solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Sales Presentations: 

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients. 
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

Sales Targets: 

• Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals. 

Market Research: 

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. 
• Provide feedback to the management team to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a as an Industrial Salesman, preferably in a distribution setting. 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product details. 
• Self-motivated with a dynamic and results-oriented approach. 
• Knowledge of industrial products and solutions is a plus.
