We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Trumade Sales Team as a representative specializing in Kitchen Cabinet Design. As an integral part of our sales force, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on kitchen cabinet design solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

• Customer Consultation:

• Engage with customers to understand their kitchen design preferences, lifestyle, and budget constraints.
• Provide personalized guidance on cabinet styles, materials, and finishes to meet customer requirements.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen cabinet product line, staying updated on new designs, trends, and features.
• Effectively communicate product specifications, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
• Design Presentations:
• Utilize design software and tools to create visual representations of proposed kitchen cabinet designs.
• Present and explain design concepts to customers, addressing questions and incorporating feedback.
• Quoting and Pricing:
• Generate accurate quotes based on selected cabinet configurations, materials, and additional customizations.
• Work closely with the pricing team to ensure competitive and profitable quotations.
• Order Processing:
• Assist customers in the order placement process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of cabinet orders.
• Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and communication.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
• Sales Targets:
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.

• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on kitchen cabinet design or related interior design products.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, materials, and trends.
• Proficient in designing software tools 2020 design software as well as an understanding of NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
