ResponsibilitiesSpeech & Language Pathologist The Cape Cod Collaborative has immediate openings for full time and part time Speech & Language Pathologists to support student needs for member school districts. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluation of speech-language disorders for individuals 3-21 years of age with consideration of educational, medical, social, and psychological factors;
- Provision of student-centered direct therapy, indirect therapy, modeling, and consultation within classrooms and on community outings;
- Maintenance of records as required by law;
- Documentation of progress and adjustment of goals, as needed;
- Attendance at TEAM, consultation, and staff meetings;
- Parent training, as needed;
- Participation in in-service training, conference attendance;
- Familiarity with augmentative and alternate communication systems preferred.
