ResponsibilitiesSpeech & Language Pathologist The Cape Cod Collaborative has immediate openings for full time and part time Speech & Language Pathologists to support student needs for member school districts. Responsibilities include:
Evaluation of speech-language disorders for individuals 3-21 years of age with consideration of educational, medical, social, and psychological factors;
Provision of student-centered direct therapy, indirect therapy, modeling, and consultation within classrooms and on community outings;
Maintenance of records as required by law;
Documentation of progress and adjustment of goals, as needed;
Attendance at TEAM, consultation, and staff meetings;
Parent training, as needed;
Participation in in-service training, conference attendance;
Familiarity with augmentative and alternate communication systems preferred.
In order to adequately perform the professional and complex duties of this position, a minimum of a master's degree (or equivalent) in speech-language pathology is required. Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
