Job Description
Implement instructional activities with students as directed by school leaders.
Provide tiered support for students in learning academic, behavioral, and technological skills within the computer lab setting and within the school.
Assume responsibility for being prepared to perform instructional duties under the direction of school leaders.
Implement the school-wide behavior management system.
Provide input and data to the Student Intervention Team as requested.
Treat all students with dignity and respect.
Assist with the use of hardware, software, and online tools within the computer lab.
Follow intervention schedule as assigned.
Follow duty schedule as assigned, including but not limited to car rider, lunchroom, recess, bus, etc.
Participate in training, staffing, and meetings as directed by school leaders.
Adhere to confidentiality policies and practices for students under federal and state laws.
Follow all Greenbrier School Board policies and school procedures/staff handbook expectations.
Complete professional development as assigned by school leaders.
Serve as a contributing member of the school's block staff team.
Perform other duties as assigned by administration, building principal, and/or the supervising teacher.

Assist students in establishing and maintaining standards of behavior to achieve an effective learning atmosphere daily.
Work as a team member on building level committees.
Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy and administrative regulations
Reports incidents (e.g. fights, suspected child abuse, suspected substance abuse, harassment, bullying,zero tolerance offenses etc.) for the purpose of maintaining personal safety of students.
Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns and /or directing to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
