Group leader responsible for the evaluation, prioritization, sequencing, delivery, impact and financial management of a broad array of strategic initiatives tied to a platform supporting Wholesale’s business activities and clients. Platforms include all value streams, business processes, technology applications, E2E stakeholders, client segments and risk controls tied to an assigned ecosystem (Credit, Capital Markets or Client Engagement).Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree
2. 12 years of related work experience
3. Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products specific to CIB
4. Advanced critical thinking, analytical and technical skills, with ability to problem solve and drive desired outcomes in unstructured / ambiguous situations
5. Experience leading large, complex programs and projects that span multi-disciplined stakeholders at senior leadership levels
6. Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
7. Strong partnering, leadership and influencing skills in a complex, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA degree, with a Strategy or Finance focus
2. 14 years of related work experience
3. Extensive knowledge of Capital Markets and their underlying ecosystems and operating environments
