Responsible for creating the process for and the management of document review for compromised data incidents within the Enterprise Consumer Rights Solutions line of business. Responsible for resource assessment of data breach scope to ensure impacted documents are reviewed, quality control is performed, mailing lists are created/deployed and reporting to ECRS leadership throughout the process.Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Create the data review process and then manage that process, ensuring completion of process within noted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and any enhancement or automation of process as needed. Major deliverables are:
Create the data review process, utilizing existing technology or developing/purchasing technology to handle the document review process, ensuring Quality Control (QC) within that process. Determine Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within each Line of Business (LOBs) and within the Enterprise Data Platform, Tools and Operations teams; training all SMEs prior to process being utilized. Create document review process and document as procedures, updating as needed within PPM. Create and facilitate training for all Incident Leaders with initiation of process training and any update training annually. Analyze Data Breach notification scope to determine LOB SMEs and number of Incident Leaders to be utilized as resources, timeframe of data review based on volume of impacted documents and creation/deployment of mailing/email lists to be sent to notifications team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Two years of previous compromised data experience or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Ability to present status on all breach document review to leadership and executives with clear and concise information
3. Ability to create and manage new processes, document procedures and partner throughout the enterprise, at a moment’s notice, to ensure document review process maintains SLAs and continues to the notification process
4. Ability to partner and influence without authority across the enterprise to ensure proper subject matter expertise for document review.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience regarding data breach events and notifications, privacy laws and enterprise processes Data Breach or Cyber Security knowledge or operations experience within the financial industry Partnership and communications experience to facilitate and report upon data breaches
