We are looking to bring on a new Lead Service Technician for our client’s team. This is a position that will have you operating out of Oregon, and also traveling often to the surrounding states. The Lead Service Technician is tasked with providing repairs to various free-standing items such as retail carts, ADA scooters, cart corrals, and even conveyor belts. When you are out in the field you will be traveling in a company vehicle and in the event that you will need to stay the night, the hotel arrangements will be paid for by our client. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes the idea of mixing traveling and working together. This is a direct hire opportunity. MUST BE ABLE TO DO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL AND HOLD A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Compensation: $20.00-22.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3 am - 5 am start time range; OT as needed; up to 2 weeks of travel per month

Location: Grants Pass OR, Medford, OR, Ashland, OR

Responsibilities:

• Ride in a company vehicle to the customer location to begin service
• Use tools to fix or tighten bolts on units
• Replace wheels on free-standing units
• Pressure wash units to clean and remove flaking paint
• Add a new coat of paint to improve the cosmetics of the unit
• MIG welding to repair the structural integrity of conveyor belts and carts
• Repair wiring of ADA scooters
• Light repair of cart corral lanes
• Assembly and disassembly of conveyor belts

Requirements:

• Be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly
• Have a current and valid Driver’s License
• Have a clean MVR
• Leads will be required to enroll in the DOT National Driver program
• Be able to pass a clinic UA (including THC)
• Be able to pass a DOT physical
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to travel up to 2 weeks per month
• Be able to work OT as needed
• Be able to operate a tablet or computer
