Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with daily activities (Grooming, Feeding, Transferring, Showers & Bathroom)
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and care for multiple residents throughout your work day.
- Answer signal lights promptly
- Monitor patient vitals and behavior to report to medical staff
- Enhance patient/resident experience by delivering personalized care to ensure the utmost in patient satisfaction!
- Must have current, valid Texas nurse aide certification
- Must have strong communication skills with both patients/residents and facility personnel
- Must be able to pass to Drug and Background Screening
- Must be able to pass SPECIALTY competency tests
- Current CPR certification & UPDATED TB Test
- 6-12 months of experience preferred
