Responsibilities

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and care for multiple residents throughout your work day.
• Comprehensive and thorough charting
• Dispense and Record administration of medication
• Vitals, symptom assessment, procedure assistance, monitoring, and all other functions as directed and in accordance within scope of LPN Licensure
• Serve as resource to facility staff
• Gain Trust and Rapport with residents and staff
• Enhance patient/resident experience by delivering personalized care to ensure the utmost in patient satisfaction!

Qualifications

• Must have current, valid Louisiana CNA License
• Must have strong communication skills with both patients/residents and facility personnel
• Must be able to pass to Drug and Background Screening
• Must be able to pass CNA competency tests
• Current CPR certification & UPDATED TB Test
• 6-12 months of experience preferred
